Phone number fieldPhone number should be same as on your account dashboard
Email address fieldYour email address should be same as your Tinka email
Username fieldThis is optional and should be same as your Tinka username
Select what membership modification option you are applying for. For Tinka WorkFlow, select upgrade membership and then enter the membership plan or other relevant information in the messages textarea. When you choose to downgrade, you are taken to the next lower memberhsip level.
